Thursday February 17, 2022
Hyundai Material Handling, North America, has announced the hiring of three new team members to deepen dealer engagement and expand its national sales efforts. Our goal? To support our dealers with the best, brightest and most experienced talent around. The following are three key hires that will help us compete… and win in the marketplace. Please join me in welcoming them to the Hyundai Materials Handling family.
Cecil D’Antignac joins us as District Sales Manager-Southeast region.
Cecil brings over 28 years of experience in the material handling industry and a wealth of dealer, lift truck and attachment/application knowledge. Cecil has working experience as a lift truck salesperson, managing a territory as a OEM regional manager, and for the last seven years, as a vice president of sales leading a team of 12 Regional and administrative personnel. Cecil will be responsible for dealer development and market share growth. As the Southeastern district sales manager, Cecil will cover 7.5 states for HMH. Cecil has an MBA from Augusta State University. He and his wife Dawn live in Acworth, Ga. When not hard at work, Cecil enjoys letting go and cheering on his local Georgia teams to victory.
Jeff Matthews joins us National Accounts Manager.
Jeff brings 20+ years of experience in the material handling industry to Hyundai. He spent 10 years in sales management with Southern States Toyotalift in Orlando. More recently, Jeff spent the last 10 years in national accounts management with HYG. Jeff is enthusiastic about the opportunities he sees with Hyundai Material Handling. Jeff graduated from DePaul University with an MBA in Finance. He and his wife Patti reside in Apopka, Florida. Their 2 adult children, Greg & Melissa, both live nearby in Orlando. Jeff enjoys golfing on weekends and attending Clemson football games.
Jason Taylor joins us as a Technical Trainer.
Jason served as a professional technician for over 20 years. During his tenure in the field, he worked in the repair and maintenance of industrial, production, aviation, and construction equipment. He acquired a rich knowledge of mechanical theory while at Fortune 500 companies such as Delta Airlines and Caterpillar Inc. Recently Jason turned his attention to teaching others what he has learned. For the past 2 years, Jason has been an instructor at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance, the same institute he graduated from earlier in his career.
When Jason isn’t in the classroom or on the shop floor, you can find him and his wife on the golf course or watching their son play high school football on a Friday night.
