Service Team Warranty Representative - Norcross, GA
Job Description
Primary Duties:

The Warranty Representative processes dealer submitted warranty claims in accordance with HHI/HCEA policy. To maintain and update all warranty related material for use in the warranty process.

Responsibilities:

Maintain technical information on HCEA products and provide dealers and HCEA service with information as requested.

Maintain dealer labor code/allowance schedule and distribute for use by field and dealer personnel.

Be familiar with and process dealer submitted warranty claims in accordance with State Dealer Protection Laws.

Work with Product Support and Service departments in the investigation of product issues and resolution.

Distribute, track and monitor field service campaigns required for product improvement/recall in accordance with HHI policy.

Monitor failure trends and report information to R&D/Engineering on Hyundai Construction products.

Provide information regarding modification or changes required to Hyundai technical documentation.

Works with parts department on any part improvement submissions from HHI to ensure related parts are available and field labor times are updated to accommodate any changes.

Develops and maintains database of FAQ related to technical product information.

Assist dealer personnel in proper submission of warranty claims.

Submits recover report and invoice to HHI for covered claims.

Maintain warranty parts return area. Track and ship requested parts to HQ

Qualifications:

Technical experience is needed. (Forklift or Automotive Mechanical)

Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)

Other duties:

Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Dealer Development Manager - Norcross, GA

Primary Duties:

The Dealer Development Manager will work with the COO to manage and develop our distribution strategy and programs to improve dealer performance and mindshare.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and manage the annual dealer business plans.
  • Overall strategic planning.
  • Creation and distribution of quarterly sales performance letters and programs to maximize retail sales.
  • Travels to prospective dealer locations and participates in functions and events as needed.
  • Dealer Development
    • Calling on and cultivating potential new dealers
    • Work with District Sales Managers to identify new dealer candidates
  • Follow up with dealer leads and setting up meetings.
    • Dealer documentation preparation (Dealer Applications, Agreements & Addendums, Performance Improvement Plans, and Separation Agreements)
    • Assist Legal with preparing documents
    • Assist Finance with preparing documents.
    • Collecting documents from dealers.
    • Prepare and update dealer profiles for new and existing dealers
    • Management of the dealer territory maps and data.
    • Reports
      • Updating the Hyundai Dealer Directory
      • Updating the Dealer Development Activity Report (Monthly)
      • Creating retail activity maps (based on ITA orders and shipments in mapping program
  • Dealer Score Card – Dealer performance evaluation tool
    • Work with DSMs and RAMs to gather information and track throughout the year

Manager of National Accounts - Norcross, GA
Hyundai Material Handling, a division of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America, Inc. is a global provider of forklifts for material handling applications.

We are looking for a Manager to oversee the National Account responsibilities and a small team.

We offer a base salary and an aggressive bonus compensation plan. This person will have an industrial sales background that can fluently and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Hyundai forklifts to National Accounts as well as possess leadership skills to manage a team of one to two outside National Account salespersons.

Primary Duties:

The National Account Manager will work with existing clients and prospects to build long-term, strategic partnerships to sell Hyundai products.

• You will work closely with our clients to understand their workflows, organizational structures, and overall requirements.

• Build strong relationships with clients to maintain old business and acquire new customers.

• Research and identify potential new clients and markets for Hyundai products and services within the National and Dealer National Account  business community.

• Act as a link between Hyundai and clients to ensure all of their needs are being met and they’re satisfied with Hyundai’s products and services.

• As their main point of contact, your customers will lean on you to provide best practices and to help them achieve their operational goals through the use of Hyundai products.

• You will also work closely with multiple cross-functional teams by providing invaluable insight into customers’ needs and challenges.

Location:

Your office will be based in our headquarters in Norcross, GA, with one day working from home. • Territory travel: typically, 25% up to 50% •

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through regular cold calls, business emails, site visits, and other contact correspondence methods.

• Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating all Hyundai’s benefits, products, and services.

• Create successful partnership plans for your customers and document customer progress toward established goals and results. To ensure both parties are satisfied and agreeable to the terms of the partnership agreement.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients.

• Communicating major milestones and updates to Sr. Manager.

• Meet and exceed sales target goals and monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs projections.

• Develop a deep understanding of the Hyundai Forklift product line and ensure proper implementation in every customer’s environment.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

• Help find new ways to continuously improve our customer’s experience, both in our product and processes.

• Continue to develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-education.

• B2B travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

• We are looking for someone that can work independently, client focus, is creative, and innovative.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Korean / English

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
