The Material Handling Division of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for Digital Marketing Manager.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the FL COO/Executive VP.

This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to execute and promote Hyundai’s strategic marketing plan and tactics through social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This person will also be responsible for all website project management and administration including content updates, design collaboration with outside web developer, website CRM integration and lead generation and other related activities.

Execute HCEA’s social media marketing strategy through daily posting, customer interaction, creative content creation, social media integration, social media advertising, lead generation, dealer social feed monitoring, current event news monitoring and reposting etc. Read and research all the current trends and latest improvements to assist marketing manager with ongoing strategic planning and budgeting for social media platforms and advertising. Oversee website project management with outside web developer for all minor and major design improvements, content changes, corrections, news feed updates, customer interaction and lead generation. Collaborate with marketing team members on e-blast content and dissemination for dealer-focused e-newsletters, updates and communications, plus customer-facing e-blast promotions. Audit, monitor and consult directly with dealers to insure adherence to Hyundai Corporate Guideline standards to maximize Hyundai brand promotion and consistent messaging across entire distribution channel. Collaborate closely with other internal departments to make sure the corporate website best represents all departmental and company policies, goals and priorities. 

Job will require occasional overnight travel and weekend travel as needed for marketing events and activities.

Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint are required. Familiarity and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite products – primarily Acrobat DC, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, is a plus. Strong passion and a positive attitude about social media marketing and digital marketing is a must. Experience with WordPress CMS platform, program coding and updating is required.

Invoicing

Update excel file with daily factory orders, Create factory orders in SAP

Quote different carriers for best quotes, Communicate with dealer’s and arrange shipping once quote is approved

The Business Development Coordinator identifies, develops, and secures new business opportunities by generating leads and sales, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate set up of new dealers and national accounts.

Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities.

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.

Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working remotely in the NE Sales Region. The District Sales Manager / NE will report to the FL COO/Executive VP.

Effectively manage dealer network in assigned region.  Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and program support to assigned dealers. Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget and profit goals for assigned region.  Assist in managing quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within assigned region.  Assist the NSM with promotional ideas to increase business within region.

Attend trade shows as required to benefit the business.

Manage Hyundai Forklift Dealers in Central and Western US and most of Canada.

Support dealer sales personnel on Hyundai and competitive product information and sales opportunities.

Work with dealers to build market awareness and share for Hyundai Forklifts.

Assist in the structuring and justification of sales programs.

Communicate to HCE Dealers the Hyundai philosophies and policies. 

Work with dealer and HCE service, warranty and parts personnel regarding service/warranty/parts issues.

Maintain dealer performance records.

Continually canvas markets for new dealer prospects.

Work with HCE and Dealer finance departments regarding current financial issues.

Explore National/Major account opportunities.

Obtain industry information including competitor data (product, pricing and activities).

Design, manage and coordinate special activities and dealer meetings.

Greet and host dealers who visit HCEA.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The FL Product Sales Trainer will report to the FL National Service Manager.

Primary Duties: 

The Forklift Product Sales Trainers works closely with the Hyundai Sales Team and Dealer Sales Principals to instruct, train, and provide dealer support, communication, and implement training solutions for Forklift/ Product Sales Training. Effectively manage the Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas (HCEA) internal, dealer & vendor relationship with product support ensuring, dealer sales capability, customer satisfaction (retention) and increased sales. Works closely with the product support manager to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintain an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive serve the client environment within the product support team. Interact with dealers to support the sales effort and overall satisfaction with the product/equipment.

The qualified candidate must possess:

  • Excellent working knowledge of class I, II, III, Electric Industrial trucks and proper application of these units.
  • Excellent presentation skills in the aforementioned areas.
  • Extensive experience in an industrial truck field.
  • Familiarity with “Power Point” and related presentation systems and the ability to modify existing presentations and create new presentations and training material.
  • Ability to research competitor’s information and build comparison presentations.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills and be able to effectively conduct training classes and present training materials.
  • Inordinate amount of patience and have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with different nationalities, ages and experience levels.

Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task, meet deadlines and make informed decisions with minimal supervision

Must be able to travel periodically (domestic and international) 25-30% travel required and to legally obtain a passport when necessary.
