The Material Handling Division of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Product Sales Trainer Electric Units.
The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The FL Product Sales Trainer will report to the FL National Service Manager.
Primary Duties:
The Forklift Product Sales Trainers works closely with the Hyundai Sales Team and Dealer Sales Principals to instruct, train, and provide dealer support, communication, and implement training solutions for Forklift/ Product Sales Training. Effectively manage the Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas (HCEA) internal, dealer & vendor relationship with product support ensuring, dealer sales capability, customer satisfaction (retention) and increased sales. Works closely with the product support manager to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintain an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive serve the client environment within the product support team. Interact with dealers to support the sales effort and overall satisfaction with the product/equipment.
The qualified candidate must possess:
Must be able to function well in a team environment to achieve training department goals
Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task, meet deadlines and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
Must be able to travel periodically (domestic and international) 25-30% travel required and to legally obtain a passport when necessary.
MUST HAVE DIRECT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE RELATABLE TO THE POSITION

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The FL Sales Coordinator will report to the FL Assistant Manager of Inside Sales.
Primary Duties:
Use of SAP system, Quote dealers orders, Make corrections and approve orders, Daily phone communication with dealers, Daily e-mail communication with dealers, Daily update of monthly sales order file, Daily communication with the finance team
Invoicing
Update excel file with daily factory orders, Create factory orders in SAP
Quote different carriers for best quotes, Communicate with dealer’s and arrange to ship once the quote is approved
Daily communication with FL shop
Daily accurate update of the inventory file
Daily accurate update of work order file
Computer Skills Required:
Experience needed working in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Google Maps
