Hyundai Hits the Links for A Worthy Cause

The Jimmy Rane Foundation was established with the purpose of sending deserving students to college.  Since its founding, the Foundation has awarded 620 scholarships.  The recipients have matriculated to leading universities such as Harvard, Duke, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Penn, Alabama, and many others.  Hyundai Material Handling is proud to help support this worthy cause.

On May 18th and 19th, the 2023 Jimmy Rane Charity Golf Tournament & Banquet was held.  It is the single biggest fundraiser for the Foundation.  Lewis Byers, Executive VP/COO, and Jason Morgan, Director of Aftermarket, attended, representing Hyundai Material Handling.

It was a fun-filled event that included two days of great golf, mixing, and mingling with celebrities and athletes, a silent auction, scholarship awards, and the banquet.  Four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, two-time Super Bowl MVP, and Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, Terry Bradshaw served as keynote speaker.  The winning personality that Terry shows on Fox NFL Sunday was on display during the banquet.

“It was a great time and a chance to support a great cause,” said Lewis Byers.  “The Jimmy Rane Foundation’s work in supporting young scholars is an effort we are proud to be a part of and we look forward to continuing that support in the years to come.”
