March 2023 Newsletter

A Note from Lewis Byers

Dear Valued Dealer,

As we head into the second quarter of 2023, Hyundai Material Handling has been busy at home in our Norcross, GA, headquarters, at our factories in Korea, and on the road throughout the US. It’s all part of our concerted and coordinated effort to really build our brand, support our dealers, and drive sales throughout the year – and beyond.

We had a great time at the recent Precast Show in Columbus, OH, helping to support our local dealer there, Brennan Equipment Services. Then, we were in Chicago, helping to support our new Li-ion battery partner, OneCharge, at their booth. We were also proud to host a fun evening at Chicago’s famed Redhead Piano Bar. It was a terrific evening, and it was wonderful to see so many old – and new – friends in a relaxed setting.

But what we’ve really been focusing on is work. Our latest equipment innovations, like the new 100D-9V diesel forklift, and recent LC-9 Series rollout, are helping to broaden our line and give you and your customers a true competitive advantage.

We’re also excited about our upcoming April Dealer Meeting at our headquarters. It promises to be an incredible three days. Attendees will get a guided tour of our new forklift-dedicated parts center, and we’ll be introducing new Class III equipment. There will be breakout sessions and more. We look forward to seeing many of you there.

There’s a lot happening at Hyundai Material Handling, and 2023 promises to be a year of real growth and progress of our organization. And I always want you to know the essential, indispensable role you play in all of this. You are truly our connection to the customer.

We can’t wait to tell you all about what we’re doing and what we have planned moving forward. We’ll tell you more in the days ahead. In the meantime, as winter turns to spring, as the days grow longer, we hope your opportunities for success grow as well. We’re ready to do our part.
