Meet Wes Palazzo, Product Sales Warranty Tech Support.

If you checked out this month’s article on our Parts Center, you’ve already gotten a brief introduction to Wes Palazzo. Wes is helping to lead the charge in completing our Center to bring you better and faster parts delivery. In fact, Wes was also recently honored for his outstanding performance by Stan Park, President of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas.

So, we thought we’d also give Wes a shout-out by introducing him to you.

Wes has been in the forklift business since 2010 as a tech, dispatcher, and Service Manager. While he has taken on additional responsibility in completing our Part Center, his role with Hyundai includes Inside Technical Support, Warranty Support, and Overall Product Support. His day-to-day assignments include testing warranty parts, answering technical questions, and supporting other Product Support Team Members.

“I am unable to stay idle and always have to be busy with something,” said Wes. “I am extremely happy to be working at HMH and look forward to our rapidly growing market share and being able to serve our dealers in any way possible.”

On a personal note…

• Wes hails from Los Angeles and now resides in NE, GA
• He loves working in his garage and spending time with his family
• He enjoys movies, in particular Guy Ritchie and Quentin Tarantino films
• He enjoys detailing cars and DIY projects
