Meet Our 2022 Dealer Award Winners

During the 2023 Hyundai Dealer Meeting, our gala banquet was held at the world-famous Georgia Aquarium. At the event we were proud to recognize our top performing dealers for 2022. The Chuck Leone Award – named after our longtime leader who passed away in January 2021 – goes to our Dealer of the Year. For 2022, that was Thompson Lift Truck.

To honor the dealer with the most improved sales over the prior year, Hyundai created the Sherpa Award. Sherpas are the famous guides who lead others to the world’s highest summit. Our Sherpa Award winners were Buffalo Materials Handling and Forklifts of Michigan.

This year, Hyundai also added two new Mountain Top Awards that recognize the top National Account and top Dealer Managed National Account (DMNA) of the year. The respective winners were Global Fleet Solutions for the 84 Lumber Account and Teknia Logistics for their account with PODS.
