We have two new hires and a well-deserved promotion to share with you.

Ian Guthrie has joined Hyundai as an Inventory and Pricing Specialist

Ian Guthrie

Ian is a Statistics graduate from the University of Georgia and was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He comes to Hyundai after spending the past couple years at a different construction supply company working as a Product Data Analyst. He decided to come to HCEA to pursue new challenges and expand his knowledge of data analytics and management. In his spare time, Ian enjoys playing basketball, spending time with friends, and the study of history. He looks forward to learning the intricacies of Hyundai Forklifts.

 

Ri Joo joins us as a Strategy and Data Analyst

Ri Joo

Ri Joo came to the United States in 2017 from South Korea and is graduating from Georgia State University with a major in computer science. Previously, she worked as a software engineer at a manufacturing company and has experience in not only operating and developing MES Systems but also handling vast quantities of data using database queries. She looks forward to expanding her skill and experience level as she helps Hyundai manage various fields of data. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

 

Steven Barnes has been promoted to Forklift Warehouse Supervisor

Steven, who was featured in our last Hyundai newsletter, will be taking over for Wes Palazzo who has been overseeing our new warehouse expansion since this past summer. Steve is a hard-working individual with great character. Before coming to work at Hyundai two years ago, he worked in the warehouse of Target. We thank Steven for his hard work and congratulate him on his new position.
