Haley Beard works as a sales representative for one of the country’s most dynamic material handling dealers – Thompson Lift Truck.  The dealership serves seven states in the southeast and is proudly a Women Owned® business as certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

As a relative newcomer to the world of material handling, Haley has been with Thompson for about a year-and-a-half, she brings a fresh approach and a welcome level of enthusiasm to her work, and she loves selling Hyundai forklifts.

When asked why, she responded…

“I love selling Hyundai forklifts because I get to represent a progressive, innovative, and excellent organization that invests every day into the continued development of our exceptional product line.  I believe that our customers’ successes are a direct reflection of our equipment’s capabilities, and I remain confident that my customers will only sharpen and expand their operations with Hyundai forklifts.”

When asked what career advice she’d offer, Haley said, “Have FUN!  Embrace the freedom to choose who you want to be in your career, and don’t worry about what others are doing.”

Finally, her advice for a new sales rep is “Keep sweet, keep honest, and keep your word.  Treat others the way you want your loved ones to be treated.”
