A Note from Lewis Byers

To Our Valued Dealers,

Making connections is what life – and business – is all about. And it was great, once again, to connect and reconnect with so many of our valued dealers at our 2023 Dealer Meeting. If you attended, I hope you came away understanding that the theme of our meeting – Building for the Future – is really what we’re doing at Hyundai Material Handling. Our new parts center, new Class III product lineup, new equipment, and our greater integration of lithium battery technology, are all designed to bring you more sales opportunities.

As we build our brand, we want to help you build yours and build your sales. We’re glad our dealers share our mission, and we were pleased to honor our 2022 award winners at our gala dinner.

We were also glad many of you got the opportunity to meet some of our leadership team from Korea. We’re expanding manufacturing production and we’re going to be bringing you some very exciting new products in the days ahead.

In the meantime, we hope you’re as excited as we are for our 2023 plans – and our planning beyond the current year – to become an ever more dominant player in the material handling marketplace. Our presence at the recent Precast Show and at ProMat are just two ways of how we’re raising awareness that when it comes to forklifts No One Delivers More than Hyundai.

We barely caught our breath after the show before we went back to work. We put together one of our biggest equipment photo shoots to help our marketing efforts. We’ve welcomed another new dealer into our family. We’re exploring ways of enhancing our web presence. And so much more.

I want to thank everyone who attended our Dealer Meeting. It was, indeed, an incredible event made more so by the enthusiasm you all showed. As you discovered, we have the right attitude, the right team, great equipment, and, together, we’re going to do great things.
