The new cluster offers improved visibility of essential information for optimal equipment operation. The cluster has fully integrated the Main Control Unit (MCU) for key settings and control for greater efficiency and improved safety.
For maximum comfort and precise handling, the steering handle can be adjusted up and down by 3.35 in. and can be adjusted forward and back by 36 degrees. Convenience is enhanced even further with a reduction in the steering wheel diameter by 1.38 in.
Hanging-type brake and inching pedals create ample floor space and reduce operator fatigue by helping to eliminate stress on the legs. There are also two air vents above the pedals for even more operator comfort.
A Hyundai Advantage. The 100D-9V cabin tilts up to 52 degrees for ready access to the powertrain, hydraulics, and electrical systems. The cooling system and engine fluids can be easily accessed by opening the cover of the wing-type engine panel. A sensor stops the tilt function if the cabin door is open.
To increase reliability and reduce downtime, the 100D-9V features an IP64 level water/dust-proof fuse and relay box. The fuses and relays are arranged in a separate airtight space outside the cabin for secure but ready access.
The 100D-9V features self-diagnosis of engine and consumables management checked via the cluster. In addition, when the replacement cycle of any consumable is entered into the cluster, parts in need of replacement are automatically displayed on the monitor.
A Hyundai Exclusive. This advanced, remote management system provides operators and technicians vital service and diagnostic information on any forklift from any computer with Internet access.
The OPSS helps prevent accidents by restricting driving, lift, and tilting whenever the operator leaves the seat getting on and off the forklift.
A Hyundai Advantage. To prevent accidents, this important system is automatically activated when the engine stops or when the OPSS starts. If operators need to use the parking brake while the engine is running, they can apply and release the brake using a dedicated button.

The 100D-9V can be customized with important safety options including a large side mirror with heat wires to cope with rain or snow, auto-tilting that automatically maintains the level of forks across the ground, a seatbelt interlock that forces the wearing of the seat belt to safeguard operators, and more.
