To Our Valued Dealers,
On behalf of everyone at Hyundai, I want to wish all our dealers, their staffs, and our valued vendors and partners, a happy new year. Our hope is that this year brings all of us not just greater sales but greater satisfaction in the work we do.
This past year was a significant one for us. We built up our resources here in North America, including our new dedicated parts center and new staff; we brought dealers together in a very successful dealer meeting; we introduced new products and services, including a full line of Class III products; and we launched new branding around the world.
As exciting as 2023 was, 2024 holds even more promise. As you’ll read in this month’s newsletter, we’re exhibiting at two major tradeshows, the Precast Show and MODEX. We’ve formed a new aftermarket partnership with Harris-Stolper to bring you and your customers the best in enclosed cabs. Plus, we’re continuing to find ways to help you save more and earn more with Hyundai forklifts.

But this is just a beginning. Our goal is to make 2024 our best ever – and yours as well. We’re going to continue to explore every opportunity to introduce new products, new technology, and new offers. We’re going to be promoting our brand online like never before. Plus, we’ll be introducing a new website to help promote our brand and drive sales leads to you.
I encourage you to incorporate our new branding into your business. And, as we move forward in 2024, always remember that our goal is to make certain that no one delivers more than Hyundai – to you and your customers. Again, I wish you a happy, safe, and prosperous new year.

I want to personally acknowledge one of our valued dealers. Gauthier, serving the Quebec business community, is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
