October 2023

To Our Valued Dealers,

As we approach the holiday season, it becomes time to reflect on the year that’s passing. It’s a been one of both challenges and opportunities for Hyundai. In many ways, we’ve grown closer as an organization, and we are continuing to build our brand and bring you the equipment and tools you need to sell more…and sell more effectively.

The new branding that you have heard, read about, and seen, is part of a global Hyundai rebranding effort. Its impact goes far beyond North American to Hyundai units all around the world. Change always carries with it certain issues, but our new branding is designed to reflect Hyundai’s commitment to a better future for our company, our dealers, and your customers. You have received details about the new branding, but I encourage you to read more now about what has changed and why.

As we move forward, we always want to acknowledge the role our dealers play in our success. Recently, Paul Bilson, Director of Dealer Development, National Accounts and Marketing, and Tim Haley, Hyundai District Sales Manager, accompanied a team from Leavitt Machinery on a visit to HD Hyundai Xitesolution headquarters in Korea. Leavitt CEO, Tom Leavitt, and Corporate Treasurer, Chris Jo, went on a grand tour of the new corporate headquarters and toured our plant facilities, while receiving an award of appreciation. Check out the details on this amazing trip.

Back at home in Norcross, there’s always a lot going on as we do our part to keep building the Hyundai Material Handling name and our sales. We have yet another new hire. We still have spaces available in our remaining 2023 training classes. And in both our promo store and our aftermarket programs we’re coming up with ways to help you save money and build your business.

Do take a few moments and learn more about the goings on here at Hyundai. I also encourage you to enter our monthly photo – and now video – contest. We always need visual assets to build brand awareness. In the meantime, as the weather turns and we enter the holiday season, I want to remind you that while our branding may have changed our commitment to make certain that No One Delivers More remains the same.
